The Zafu is packed full with buckwheat, which at first I thought it was too full. The Zabuton is very comfortable. I am new to meditation & this was my first purchase. When using a friend's Zafu, I experienced a lot of numbness in my right leg. The Zafu that I purchased from the you is full enough that I can turn it on it's side and get enough height that I am not putting too much pressure on my right leg. Thank you!

I love the product, even though the mat was smaller than I expected. Zabuton is amazing, it's big, firm and comfortable. The quality is great. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a meditation set.

I grew up with zabuton in our house; we used them for everything: sitting, folding over in half to use as a pillow, or creating a mattress for when we had visitors and us kids had to give up our beds to make room. This zabuton is larger and thicker but otherwise reminds me a lot of the ones I grew up with. The zafu is also comfortable; it's possible I'll pull a bit of kapok out of it because it feels a little bit "tall," but it's only been in use a couple of days, and it will certainly compress with time, so I'm not worried about it. A good product, shipped quickly; I'm happy with my purchase and will come back for more. Thanks!

This is absolutely great stuff!
I've been doing zazen for a long time on an on and off basis.
I was using all kinds of pillows and it never felt quite right.
Since I got my set I am amazed that this could be so comfortable (in a good way - doesn't put you to sleep).
I never felt so anchored to the ground in my lotus position and yet I do not suffer any pain.
Once I assume my correct position there is no need for any adjustment for the rest of my zazen (usually 30 min.) and after that I can walk with out a struggle.
Best of all, instead of constantly adjusting your position you can focus 100% on your meditation.
The quality of the set is great and it looks like it will stay with me for many, many years.
From now on I'm actually looking foward to my next zazen.
I strongly recommend this set, it realy helps with your meditation experience.

I needed a zafu/zabuton combo after leaving a monastery. Their store wanted over $200 which seemed quite high, so I searched around online and took a gamble with zafustore.
Much to my surprise the kapok zafu and zabuton ended up being far more comfortable than anything that my monastery offered. This has relieved a lot of discomfort I normally experience during zazen and am very grateful.
I've only had this product for a little over a week, if they fall apart prematurely (<2 years) I will update this review. I have my fingers crossed.

I chose Zafustore's products because they seemed to be the only ones to offer the combination of a buckwheat zafu with kapok zabuton. Most places only offer a cotton zabuton. What I received did not disappoint and arrived promptly. Absolute top quality at a reasonable price.

Ordered from Singapore, got the item within a week or so, quality is very nice. I'm 204cm tall and the zabuton is just big enough so that my knees will rest on the outer edges of the matte, which is perfect. The cushion seems to be VERY full, I should probably take out some of the buckwheat but I'm too lazy and my sitting position (full lotus) is much much more comfortable now.
Will buy another one for my place in Germany, soon :)
