The Crescent Buckwheat Zafu and Large Zabuton are a perfect fit for my meditation practice. I was also very pleased with the excellent customer service. My Zabuton cover was delivered with a defect. There was a one inch hole in the cover of the Zabuton. I immediate wrote this information into the product return request on the ZafuStore.com website. Customer service responded immediately and a replacement cover was sent to me free of charge right away. Thank you, ZafuStore.com for both a great product and an excellent shopping experience.

Well made products. I am extremely happy with it. It's my first Zafu and Zabuton that I own. I have tried others Zafu and Zabuton but this products beats them all. I just had to get past the sticker shock when the shipping was added on. Yes I would recommend this product. The Zafu buckwheat was filled all the way. I didn't feel cheated :-) Excellent seller and fast shipping on their end. FedEx was slow because of multiple storms across the nation. Almost forgot, the large Zabuton just added extra comfort for me. I could have gotten away just fine with the standard size (I'm 5'7").

I've now been using my Zafu and Zabuton for a couple of days and I am beyond pleased with these products!
At first, I was slightly put off by the shipping costs and even more so at the expensive import charges, but now that I've got them, I have no regrets whatsoever.

Previously I've simply sat in my office chair or stacked a few pillows on my bed. These methods certainly can't compare to sitting on this wonderful set of cushions. I feel much more stable and grounded when I sit now, all thanks to the great firmness of the Zafu and comfort of the Zabuton.

I've initially had some issues with the fact that I couldn't find the zipper to take out some of the buckwheats from the the Zafu, so I replied to the support team for assistance. They gladly told me to look behind the carrying handle, which to my surpise, I hadn't even spotted either! I then had even more troubles getting the zipper unstuck, so another email was sent. Once again, I was gladly told to simply cut the little piece of string tying it together. Overall a very good experience with the support team, with fairly swift answering.

I really have no complaints at all and I can't recommend this product and vendor enough.
So don't hesitate to make the investment into this lifelong set of quality cushions, because you will certainly not be dissapointed.

Both the zafu and the zabuton exceeded expectations: the fabric is lovely and durable, I'm very happy with the clay color, both are very well made. I expect to enjoy them for a long time. In addition, I recommend this company for their excellent customer service and follow-up. Fabulous in every way!!
