nice quality at a fair price

looked on amazon and found this site as a result. i wanted a larger zabuton and after comparing the specs and various options, i went with the large zabuton with buckwheat zafu.
the delivery was prompt and i am very pleased with the quality. i like that the zabuton is kapok and it feels substantial under me when i sit.
thinking about ordering another one for my son.

6' 150 lbs. here, all of me fits very comfortably on the large zafu and zabuton 2 piece set. Though others have expressed their issues with the stiffness of the zafu, I could not be happier with it, and I haven't had to remove any of the buckwheat. However, don't take what I say at face value; I have a unique posture and only feel comfortable sitting up high on my cushion in seiza - in fact, I I've found I have to turn the zafu "sideways" to achieve the comfort I need to sit for a long period. That said, with this set there's no more fussing with the cushions, I can find a comfortable position in no time flat; it's quite awesome. The quality of the materials appears on all accounts impeccable.

I'm very happy with my purchase. These products are beautiful, comfortable and built to last.
I got the buckwheat zafu and removed a substantial portion of buckwheat to get the cushion to the right height and give. This should be done with care but is not difficult.

I have used several zafu and zabuton sets at semi-public places. Some have been comfortable, some not so much. This set is the first I've used that was really my size (I'm six-one and 185). I am not in a hurry to stand up when my zazen timer goes off when I use these.

I love my set! The quality is good, the zafu and zabuton are very comfortable, and the large size zabuton is almost luxurious in its generous sizing. The color is exactly as shown on the "Color Options" tab (NOT the same as on the order page); the olive is a very elegant gray with a slight olive green tone. Perfect!

I ordered the zafu and large zabuton - The (buckwheat) zafu is stout, no chance of losing shape! The zabuton has removed the hard floor as a barrier for meditation (now I just have to work on my ankles, an internal problem :-) ) - well worth the price; I received it in 5 days with the regular (default) Fedex option. Glad I found ZafuStore.com

zafu is great! (bit stiff, chalk full of kapok, but this is perfect since its removable through back flap)
zabuton is as described, but a bit thick for my taste as is. Im sure over time it will compress though!

the quality of the zafu and zabuton is quite good. the stitching and filling in both are also of a good quality. the price is more than reasonable compared to others that i have seen on other websites
