    This is an amazing cushion set! It is very well made, and great for long meditation. I feels very durable. I usually meditate between 30 minutes to an hour and the cushion set keeps me comfortable. Also, I found that just having the cushions gives me extra incentive to meditate because there is now always a space to meditate that is readily available and inviting.

    I have not tried it yet. My tai chi class only meets once a week. I have given everyone in the class your email address so they purchase a set too. I wish there were straps on the mat, since it seems difficult to carry every week to class. Our teacher has a mat that has straps on both sides so she can fold it in half to carry. Looking forward to trying my new mat and pillow.

    When I received my sitting cushion and zabuton, I could not wait to sit. It is attractive and inviting. It allows me to maintain a sitting posture that is comfortable for long sitting. A great support for my practice. (Pun intended). :-)

    this is very comfortable and would recommend to someone looking to meditate longer. I ordered the buckweat on accident then called them and someone answered the phone and resolved the problem immediatly and sent me the kapok. good product very sterdy took out some filling though was to high and firm kept what I took out in case a need to some back in.

    I bought my first set about 2 years ago, and the support of the buckwheat zafu is amazing - it maintains its shape and is a comfort to sit on. I always have to use 2-3 zafu's when I go to the sangha to try and equal my zafu at home. This is my 2nd combo set - I bought this one for a gift. Very pleased with this product

    This is a very nice zafu and zabuton for the money. I loved the brown version that i ordered; it is a rich warm dark chocolate color with contrasting lighter stitching. I am 5'9" with long legs and i fit perfectly on the zabuton but with no extra room. If you like more space, you may wish to order the larger size. I found the kapok zafu too firm for me. I only weigh 130# and decided it would take too long to soften, so i opted to remove some of the stuffing. Doing so was a bit tough as the zafu is really stuffed tight. But I managed to pull out enough stuffing to fill 2 quart size ziploc bags. I will probably use this for making support cushions. The zafu now feels perfect on my sitz bones. I very much appreciated the fast shipping and the fact that these pieces were made in the USA. I also like the fact that the zabuton cover zips off for washing. An excellent investment...

    I am a beginning meditator and have struggled to find a comfortable posture that keeps me alert. I ordered this combo set, which arrived quickly, and have found it very helpful. The cushions are well made, sturdy, and comfortable.
