I found this small meditation cushion to be perfect. It was the right size for length and width to fit comfortably under me without having a 'sea' of extra pillow sticking out. I also thought both the height and the firmness of the pillow to also be perfect. Often cushions were too high, too soft, too hard, or too big. This one was just right.

I'm just under 5'3", 115 lbs, slim build. I bought the Zafu/Zabuton combo set, but since I have short arms I also purchased this small meditation cushion. I'm very pleased. It's thick enough and soft enough to rest my hands on when I meditate. With the combination of all 3 items, my meditation posture has never been better or more comfortable. I ordered Sunday (I mistakenly put Saturday in my other review) and it all arrived Tuesday. Awesome! Highly recommend.
practical cushion

I had been using a zabuton and half moon zafu at home but due to a recent injury have been experiencing back pain. A friend at my meditation center advised me to try a different support system there which worked so I needed more support at home. I got three of these small cushions - I use one below one knee and two below my hands. I like how light they are - I can easily rest them on my legs. In fact, I prefer them to the ones at my center and I'm going to see if I'll be allowed to use them there.

I have gotten a couple of zabutons, a zafu and other pillows from Zafustore. Always great quality and value. The small cushions are great under knees when meditating or lying down or whatever needs a little extra padding or support. They are just a good size. I have had another set of these for a couple of years and they have not lost their loft. I got these because I wanted another color.
