This yoga mat is filled with cotton batting. The batting is packed to provide solid support, and yet is soft and comfort. The outer cover is made of a 100% cotton fabric and has a zipper along one length so that it can be easily removed and washed. Inside the cover, the batting is enclosed in a casing. Two ties are included for easy roll-up and storage and carrying handle sewn right into the seam. Overall size is 72" long by 30" wide by 2" thick.
