Returns & Refunds

All of us at Zafustore.com are committed to offering you the very best craftsmanship and quality in meditation supplies. If you are not satisfied with any items, you may return it within 30 days for a refund provided the item(s) must be in new condition. Refunds for returns will made for the price of the product(s) only. No refund can be made for the original shipping and handling cost or for the shipping cost incurred to return the product.

Exchanges

If you like to exchange an item for a different item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanging an item.

Shipping

We make every effort to ship your order within 1-3 business days of receipt, providing we have it in stock. We ship most items via Fedex Ground. For expedited shipping we used USPS Priority Mail.

International Shipping

Most all shipments outside USA and Canada will be sent via United States Postal Service. Customers are responsible for all tarriffs, duties, and taxes associated with their orders.

Discount

On orders of cushions totaling more than $500, you will receive a 10% discount for the price of the product(s) only.
