Our zafu is a round traditional meditation cushion with pleated sides. The cover is made of a heavy duty fabric. We hand stuff our zafus with buckwheat hulls or natural kapok so that they will not collapse after a few sittings. All our zafus are double-stitched for extra strength and come with a carrying handle.

Zafus are typically used with a zabuton meditation mat to provide comfort and support to assist you in your sitting practice.
